Modern Junior College, Nigdi provides instructions for classes XI and XII Science and Commerce as per the pattern laid down by the Govt. of Maharashtra.
The admission process for class XI begins when class X (S.S.C.) results are declared. Application forms are to be collected and submitted in the office as per the time table decided by the centralised admission committee.
A student seeking admission to this faculty must have passed S.S.C. examination of the Maharashtra state board of secondary education or any examination recognised as its equivalent, with English as a compulsory subject.
At the time of admission the school leaving certificate signed by the Head Master will have to submitted. As per Government order this original certificate would not be returned to the student.
A student will be admitted only at the beginning of an academic year. The medium of instruction is English for the Science and Commerce faculties.
The final authority regarding grant of admission or rejection to any class lies with the Authorities. All rules and regulations of the college are compulsory and binding on the students
